Hi I have been reading this forum for a while and decided to join up to ask a few questions . I just took up fly fishing less than a year ago and so far I have one starter rod set from BP a graphite but have also picked up a
7 weight Denco 8'6" at a gun show for $10.00 and a couple of Shakespeare Wonderods at sales one is a 832 Presidential and the other is a 1370 T The 1370T seems to be a bit heavy but being 3 piece I can throw in the backseat of my truck and have it with me without taking up a lot of room. So far I seem to like the glass rods over graphite and that might be because of my slower casting style anyway I am finding this sport is about as addicting for me as is Blackpowder .
