Cameron, Don't worry, I was planning on contacting you when we have definate dates and get closer to April. This is going to be our first road trip in many
years. Air travel is getting so bad we are probaly going to drive on these medium distance trips. Should be fun for a change. I haven't driven the Smoky
Mountain Pkwy in 20 years.
Anyone ever use Scott Cunningham from Marion, NC for a guide?
I'm finally off for a few days this week and weekend and we are off to our camp in The County (Aroostook to you folks from away) Brook trout fishing should
be good. Water levels are good and the orange bellied hoppers should be hot. Hoppers on the confluence of a stream that will remain unnamed and another unnamed
one usually get very ferocious hits this time of the year.
Cheers

I can't complain about my summer at all as far as fishing and travel. I've been some place out of town for a week each month since May. Kind of nice
to have things slow down a little bit. I am looking forward to getting down on the pond a bit and then up to the North Carolina mountains once it starts
cooling down a bit.

RFMcD...I am sure between all the NC/GA/SC members we'll be able to find you a cool place to stay, a guide, places to eat, and help put together a great
trip. Please let me know when you'll be around as far as dates. I'd certainly like to "guide" you on the Davidson River or other river on
one of your unguided days on the water.

As always with fish deprivation comes thoughts of fishing trips and plans must be made. I like to plan some trips way out. For the last two years I've
gone to North Georgia to kick off the season in April. Had great fishing and great guides and companions in Ga and highly recommend it to anyone. That said.
Next spring we are thinking of North Carolina trout fishing. Asville area. I'm looking on the net for guides and cabins. Anyone have any suggestions?
Cameron? My Old Buddy Joe and I are looking for a day on Private water and a day on public...
